Job Description:Using our advanced tele-practice platform, you will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on client needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions through teletherapy sessions.
- Utilize our user-friendly tele-practice platform to deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress and carryover of skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, professional development activities, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in teletherapy or remote speech therapy is a plus.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in navigating tele-practice platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
- Passionate about helping individuals overcome speech and language challenges.
