Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Indiana School District

Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a unique remote opportunity in Indiana? Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is partnering with a School District to fill a part-time remote position. This role allows you to work with middle and high school students across three schools, providing valuable speech and language services.

Responsibilities:

• Work remotely, providing speech and language therapy services for a total of 24 hours per week.
• Collaborate with students in middle and high school settings, tailoring services to individual needs.
• Conduct minimal evaluations; attendance at conferences is limited to those for which the SLP is the Teacher of Record (TOR).
• Focus on direct services, with most service times occurring monthly or as consultations at the junior high and high school levels.
• Oversee a caseload of approximately 65 students, ensuring the delivery of high-quality speech and language services.
• Provide guidance and support to an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working with middle and high school students.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 65 students remotely.
• Strong munication skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Previous experience working with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is a plus.
