We are seeking motivated and experienced solar professionals to join our team. We have a high interest in homeowners inquiring online about purchasing solar, storage and EV charging. Your role is to convert these interested homeowners into buyers. This is typically accomplished via answering technical questions, explaining the process and helping them decide on the best buying option for them. Absolutely no cold calling in this role. Sales experience is required. Solar experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with potential customers to determine their solar & storage needs and provide solutions
- Meet targets of onboarding / signing up at least 15 homeowners a month
- Able to handle 8+ pre-booked appointments per day
- Manage a full pipeline & CRM with our dedicated project managers
- Provide updates and reports to management
- Full time Monday - Friday, Weekends optional

This is a salary + bonus position. Salary is $65,000. Our average Account Executive earns $130,000 / year. This, of course, is not guaranteed and is based on individual performance.
