```Duties```
As a Sales Representative for an industry leading Auto Warranty company, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and drive sales revenue. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products and services as solutions. Your duties will include:
- Taking warm inbound calls to prospects to introduce our products and services
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Demonstrating product knowledge and effectively communicating the value proposition to customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilizing our CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of direct sales related products is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency using CRM software is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
