Compensation:
- Part or Full time, Our new agents who follow our proven sales strategy have earned up to $50,000 to $250,000+ annually.
Responsibilities:
Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on products.
• Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process.
• Successfully follow up on pending business requirements.
• Participate in training and one-on-one mentorship program aimed at teaching you our step-by-step sales systems.
• Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members.
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as in-person national conferences & local opportunities for in person training when available.
Requirements:
• Experience is NOT necessary but previous experience in sales/marketing is helpful
• (Laptop and phone)
• Ability to truly own a business with zero caps on income
• Great Attitude - Coachable - Team Player - Driven - Self Starter
