Patient Intake Sales Specialist (Remote Position)

Fast growing healthcare company providing remote patient monitoring for chronic conditions is seeking Remote Patient Intake Specialists. You will work enrolling people with diabetes or hypertension in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. RPM is a benefit of their insurance company. The representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.

In order to be a successful candidate, you must display excellent communication skills, be passionate about helping people, have great phone handling skills, strong work ethic. and an affinity for great customer service. You must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced work environment. Position will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work a varying/flex weekly schedule
• Ensure accurate notes of all communications are recorded in the patients' record
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Check with patients and update patients' charts
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Skills

• Experience in a sales call center environment is a plus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented.
• Solid foundation in written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be well-organized
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
