Maximus is looking for an enthusiastic Remote Recruitment Digital Advertising Specialist to join our ambitious Talent Acquisition Marketing team and help us drive top talent to our company via modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and implement a talent acquisition marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants. - Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns including; crafting strategies, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, and measuring results. - Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community. - Coordinate and advertise promote? recruiting events. - Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual and on-site career fairs or on-campus recruiting events. - Generate monthly updates for organization's leadership about on upcoming talent acquisition marketing initiatives. - Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition marketing metrics. - Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement. - Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruiting industry. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor?s Degree in related field. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Additional Duties and Requirements:

  • Assist in day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts, strategies, and reporting
  • Ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills preferred
  • Strong communication skills preferred
  • Marketing background skills preferred
  • Social media and/or creating and managing a Digital Advertising campaign preferred
  • Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) preferred
  • Web design/development skills are a plus

Home Office Requirements:

This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds
  • Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router

The 6 month time in position rule can be waived for CCO employees under the following circumstances: employees who were in an acting role and have returned to their home base position, employees who are currently in an acting/limited-service role applying to the same role that is RFT, employees who were unable to return to a homebase position at the end of their acting role, or limited-service employees that are unable to secure a lateral or promotional position for continued employment at the end of their limited assignment.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
