Our esteemed ESL Teen Summer Camp Program, operating in the vibrant cities of New York and Miami, is seeking a dedicated Remote Recruiter to join our team.
Duration: Immediate start until July 1, 2024
Pay Range: $15 - $20 per hour
Hours: Negotiable, starting from 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle recruitment activities including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with program managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with our camp's values and goals.
- Issue contracts, collect paperwork, and manage onboarding processes for hired candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or Summer Camp industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices preferred.
- Minimum requirement: BA degree, preferably in HR, or actively working towards it.
