Excellent REMOTE Telemedicine opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner with a passion to care for behavioral health, substance abuse, and social needs of the underserved community. Wisconsin licensing & DEA required.

Remote Nurse Practitioner-Behavioral Health Responsibilities:

• Provide integrated care Management to individuals with behavioral health conditions
• Responsible for the coordination of care, including medication management and discharge planning
• Provide education and training to field staff providing care plans and treatments

Remote Nurse Practitioner-Behavioral Health Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic medical records
• 1+ years experience with Telemedicine
• Skilled in development of policy & procedures and program & staff development and training
• Must have current unencumbered NP license and DEA in Wisconsin
• 3 years experience in behavioral health and substance abuse
• Passion for the “Recovery” of patients served and working with the underserved population

Remote Nurse Practitioner-Behavioral Health Compensation:

• Salary $120k -$160k based on experience
