Remote Network Operations Technician lll (SDWAN)

We are currently seeking a Network Operations Technician lllfor a 12-month contract (Conversion is Likely). The Operations Technician lll will support SDWAN/Meraki/MECM, and will be involved in technical routing, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Note: THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY
Hiring for Swing shifts and days, 40 hours per week, no shift differential.

Location: Remote
Pay: $30 - $35/hr on W2.
Client: Internet Service Provider
Duration: 12 Months (Likely to Convert)

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years working in a NOC environment.
• Associate degree or higher.
• Telecom/Internet Service Provider experience is Required.
• Experience with SDWAN is required.
• Experience with technical routing protocols and troubleshooting.
• CCNA Certification preferred.
• Ticket Management experience is required.

• No C2C or 3rd party candidates. Client requires candidates to be a US Citizen or GC Holder working on our W2.
