Remote Medical Coder

Role Description

This is a full-time / Contract remote role for an Medical Coder. The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for developing, testing, and troubleshooting complex software systems using a variety of programming languages and technologies. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Medical Coder or similar role
• Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and Ruby on Rails
• Experience in software development, testing, and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated expertise in database design, SQL, and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP is a plus
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $21.20 - $27.53 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
