Remote Manufacturing Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst within the manufacturing industry to join a growing team.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

-Analyze, interpret and communicate sales, cost and expense variances to management

-Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Board and financial reporting

-Contribute to the forecasting and budget setting process

-Demonstrates consistent ability to balance a sense of urgency against measured thinking and attention to detail.

 

Financial Analyst Experience:

-Ability to conceptualize and analyze issues, with proven planning, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

-Strong data & analytics skills, including Excel proficiency and other programs such as Adaptive Planning, PowerBI, Access and Tableau

-Excellent interpersonal skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner

-Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, MBA highly desired

-Minimum of 7 years – FP&A positions in large, complex environments
