EtectRx, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team. EtectRx strives to optimize patient care through our wireless event marker technology and medication adherence platform, eBurst. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support and contribute to enhancing patient outcomes through real-time communication and assistance.
In this role, you will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will help establish a positive and efficient customer experience. Responsibilities
- Engage in Live Chat conversations with customers to provide timely and accurate information
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and compassionate manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and building rapport
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer queries
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines regarding customer service
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Live Chat Agent or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Live Chat software and CRM systems
- Proficient in typing with accuracy and speed
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
