Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions with high-functioning patients (ages 10 to 18+)
- Complete diagnostic assessments and create measurable treatment plans
- Develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships
- Provide culturally reflective services tailored to individual client needs
- Utilize evidence-based approaches and mindfulness-based practices
- Must be comfortable with technology and navigating EHR systems
-Excellent writing skills
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution
- Active licensure in good standing for clinical practice in North Carolina (LPC, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-A, LCAS, LCAS-A)
- Associate Licensure Required Supervision Agreement
- Monthly Virtual Clinical Meetings Attendance Required
- Monthly Calendar Availability
- Case Load Availability
- Able to pass a background check and be credentialed by Insurance Panels, state and federal programs
- Listing on popular therapy platforms under our agency
Benefits & Pay:
- Paid per session / assessment as a 1099 contractor
- OPT Session Pay: $40 per hour (Experience Based)
- Assessment Pay: $50 per Assessment
- Entirely remote work; flexible hours
