The Annette Booth Agency is seeking a Licensed Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing Allstate teams in the country! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance.
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You must have your Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Ensure that the The Annette Booth Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Requirements
Must have your Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License
Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
Must have 2 years of property and casualty experience
Preference for given if already licensed with AllState Insurance
