Salary & Full Benefits:
- $3600 per month base salary ($43,200 per year) + BONUS + Daily SPIFFS and the bulk of the opportunity in the tiered commission structure.

The (OTE) for someone entering this position is $104,527 based on hitting the metrics set by the business. REQUIREMENTS
- 2-20 FL Property and Casualty (this is a high volume closing role)
