Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent/Customer Service Representative:
- 2-20 Insurance License is required
- Preference in South Florida open to Florida residence
- Must be able to work remotely from home
- Work closely with owner/agent
- Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are highly preferred
- Background in Customer Service, insurance, and sales are highly preferred
- Must be tech savvy and self-motivated
- Active listening and critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and clearly understand specific requests for customer needs are preferred
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent/Customer Service Representative:
- Manage clients through our agency management system (QQ Catalyst)
- Send required documents to insurance carriers and/or clients and help with underwriting issues
- Process policy changes and mortgagee clause changes
- Cross selling to current clients
- Take policy payments from clients over the phone
- Provide documents to mortgage companies for home closings
- Marketing new business and renewals
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening'

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
