Position Overview: AireBeam, Arizona’s leading provider of Fixed Wireless and Fiber Internet services, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging previously interested subscribers, managing follow-ups on online and phone orders, and addressing customer service inquiries related to our innovative internet solutions. This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with previously interested subscribers to introduce and sell AireBeam’s Fixed Wireless and Fiber Internet services.
• Take part in telemarketing campaigns to generate new leads and follow up on online and phone orders to ensure customer satisfaction and complete sales transactions.
• Handle customer service inquiries, providing exceptional support and information regarding our services.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable internet solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company.
• Manage customer information with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
• Work closely with leadership to identify sales opportunities and strategies for growth.

Required Qualifications:

• This role would require the ability to handle a large call volume both incoming and outgoing.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, internet services, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in phone and in-person sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office software.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage outbound and inbound calls effectively.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and reluctance from potential customers.
• Must be comfortable working in a performance and commission-driven environment.
• A passion for customer service and contributing to the growth of the company.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus!

Compensation:

• Hourly rate starting at $18.00, plus commission and potential for overtime.
• This role requires working Tuesday through Saturday, including one weekend day.
