We are looking for a talented and experienced Cosmetic Chemist to join our team remotely. This role involves conducting experiments, client follow-ups, capturing compelling visual content, and assisting in the development of product briefs. You will play a crucial role in our product development process, working closely with our lead chemist and marketing team to bring new and exciting products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cosmetic experiments and tests as directed by the lead chemist.
- Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs of experiments and products for marketing and educational purposes.
- Assist in writing briefs and reports on experimental findings and product development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cosmetic chemistry and green beauty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cosmetic chemistry or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of formulation development and cosmetic ingredients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using digital tools for communication and documentation.
- Experience in photography and videography is a plus.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Access to a GMP standard laboratory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
