REMOTE EXPERIENCES COORDINATOR:
The Remote Experiences Coordinator is critical to the overall success of the Service Department at the dealership. This role coordinates and manages all Remote Experience activities within the dealership. Remote Experiences are defined as our Pick-up and Delivery service, as well as our Mobile Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Serivce Writers to ensure Remote Experiences area adequately scheduled
- Take incoming Remote Service requests
- Determine scheduled day and time, maximizing route optimization
- Utilize route optimization to set appointments
- Dispatch technicians and Mobile Service unit for requested repairs
- Determine if repair request is within Mobile Service scope
- Confirm customer appointments
- Communicate day of Mobile Service status
- Execute Pick up and Delivery service
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Prospect to solicit Fleet business
- Partner with marketing teams to promote Remote Experiences
