8.Roles & Responsibilities
Hold the overall responsibility of building Service offerings for Medical Technologies devices (MedTech) and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) within the Digital Health sub offering.
Responsible for coming up with Offering strategy aligning to market trend customer need and practice strategy
Work closely with Sales team SMEs Product managers and product users/clients to define roadmap for offering products and services
Collaborate with partners and alliances team to bundle partner products / solutions as part of the offering
Enable Sales team on the offering capability and product roadmap
Support Marketing team in packaging the offering for internal and external consumption
Work closely with delivery team to identify opportunities develop capabilities and drive market insertion
Industry Expert and Market leader for MedTech and SaMD
Setting the vision and strategy to drive offering roadmap
Driving results for the business with responsibility for total contract value (TCV) and revenue objectives
Contributing to the IoT Business Practice P&L
Business transformation advisor for key clients
Lead offering lifecycle management
Provide input on strategic alliances & partnerships
Generate thought leadership and engage with customers.
Manage analyst and intermediary relations
Help design and support execution of marketing activities
Advise on market pricing and GTM strategy
Build offering business case and determine investment requirements
Collaborate with sales team to identify qualify and meet clients
Guide delivery teams to architect and design solutions on client engagements
Provide input on practice M&A strategy

The annual salary for this position is between $207,000 –$275,000 + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
