Remote Dental Hygienist

Now hiring a Remote Dental Hygienist (Utilization Review) in Indianapolis, IN 46204. The Dental Hygienist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $45-$50 an hour based on experience 
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

• This position is a Contract to Hire position
• The required availability for this position is: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST/46 hr training 8AM – 5PM
• Mostly remote – in office once a week.
• On site visits

Responsibilities for Dental Hygienist

• Monthly reviewing of SLT report and assessment of dental HEDIS measures.
• Dedicated outreach to members with care gaps.
• Aid members experiencing SDoH to connect with providers/locations.
• Monthly review and education for members with ED visits for dental pain. Attend DAC and DTF meetings.

Requirements for Dental Hygienist

• Indiana dental hygiene license or DANB, Indiana driver’s license
