Are you a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking to make a positive impact in the community? Riggs Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and provide essential dental hygiene services to underserved populations.
Position: Dental Hygienist (Part-time, 2 days per week - Tuesdays and Fridays)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Perform dental cleanings, oral screenings, and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and disease prevention.
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid dental hygiene license in the state of Indiana.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community health setting.
- Commitment to serving underserved populations and addressing oral health disparities.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position: 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Fridays).
- 7:45am-5:00pm
- Hourly rate: $50 per hour.
