Radius Global Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of integrated omnichannel customer engagement services and technology is hiring Call Center Collections Representatives for our financial services clients. This is a remote position, but you must be within a commutable distance to our Aston, PA office.

Hourly pay of $14 - 15 per hour depending on experience plus a generous monthly incentive. You will interact with clients collecting on later stage debts on behalf of our clients. A high level of customer service is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Reviewing accounts on a daily basis and maintaining all work queue and desk assignments.
· Contacting borrowers via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email to attempt debt collection.
· Establishing borrower location and contact information via skip tracing if necessary.
· Establishing borrower’s ability and willingness to pay and identifying the appropriate repayment program/options available to them.
· Tracking and reporting all account information into computer through our collections system.
· Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is sent out to borrowers, following up to ensure that paperwork is returned and then submitting it in a timely manner.
· Meeting or exceeding all daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
· Understanding and following all federal and state laws with regards to collections policies and procedures.
· Passing annual required compliance testing.
· Performing other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
. Must be 1 hour commutable to Aston, Pennsylvania for equipment pickup.
· This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with consumers.
· You must also be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, or collections preferred.

Post Training: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Monday through Friday: Three days per week 7am – 4pm CST and two late nights per week until 8pm CST
