Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy information, and claim submissions in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, seeking solutions that align with company policies and procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring details are correctly logged for future reference.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of insurance products and services offered by Harlow Insurance Agency.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clear and concise information is provided.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and support to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
3+ Years of Insurance Customer Service experience.
Property and Casualty License required.
Prior Allstate, Farmers, State Farm, AAA experience recommended.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Customer Focus: A strong dedication to delivering exceptional Customer Service.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fully remote setting and utilizing virtual communication tools.Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members.Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
