Job Description
Pay: $23-$28 based on experience
Location: Fully remote, equipment is provided
Will travel to Duluth, GA to train onsite for 1 week and then 3 times throughout the year for team meetings
Post- Training Schedules Available:
- 1st shift can range from 7am-10am EST start time
- 2nd shift can range start time from 12pm-2pm EST - 15% differential for later hours
- Overnight/3rd shift (9 pm - 6 am or 12 am - 9am) - 25% differential for later hours
Responsibilities:
- Conducts an efficient assessment of client needs through active listening and probing questions.
- Develops customized travel plans and solutions based on client’s goals and timeline/itinerary.
- Reviews travel plans to uncover additional needs and opportunities; provides consultative guidance to motivate action and support achievement of the client’s travel goals.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Company travel planning philosophy and approach, products and services, itinerary strategies, and other aspects of travel planning.
- Educates clients on technical aspects of travel planning principles, breaking down complex topics and enabling clients to act with confidence.
- Accurately and efficiently resolves client issues and needs.
- Conducts business with the goal of achieving / exceeding performance client survey scores and contact center metrics.
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of Corporate Travel experience
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent. Some college preferred
- Corporate travel consultant experience required.
- Basic knowledge of world geography.
- Knowledge of GDS system required (Either Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo, Apollo)
- Call center experience preferred.
- Computer and technical skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
