About The Role
As the Conversion Copywriter at Sandstone Care, you will be responsible for creating persuasive and effective copy for various digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to increase customer engagement and drive conversions through your skillful use of language and understanding of consumer psychology. You will assist in developing content strategies that align with brand messaging and business objectives, and ensure all copy is accurate, error-free, and meets editorial standards consistently. Reports to Digital Marketing Manager.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for creating and improving digital content that converts and engages our target audiences. This includes:

• Writing and editing copy for various online platforms, such as websites, emails, social media, and ads.
• Working with the marketing team to align your copy with the brand voice and message.
• Testing and optimizing your copy to increase conversions and engagement.
• Analyzing and understanding target audiences to tailor copy that resonates with them.
• Updating and producing content accurately, effectively, and efficiently, in a tone that best represents the company and aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Reviewing existing sales copy across the site and our channels and presenting improvements.
• Basing content decisions on metrics and data, and actively adapting and revising new work in line with these.
• Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and conversion (CRO), and ensuring all copy is accurate and up to date.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital content and making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital content marketing and conversion copywriting.
• Conducting weekly audits on existing pages to identify errors or editing needs.
• Developing and implementing content audit cadence and strategy.
• Participating in weekly online digital marketing meetings.
• Traveling bi-annually to visit sites as needed.

Who You Are
You are a talented and experienced copywriter who can create captivating digital content that drives conversions. You have the following skills and qualifications:

• 2 Years of experience copywriting for a brand or service
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Ability to research and write about technical topics independently.
• Solid experience with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.
• Deep understanding of SEO, E-A-T & A/B tests, email open rates & click rates, industry standards & best practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Openness to feedback and ability to respond to it effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
• Journalistic mindset; curious, able to find answers to questions, confident in brainstorming and pitching content ideas. Self-directed fact-checking
• Understanding of an audience-focused content strategy, incorporating buyer's journey, customer segmentation, and other personalization factors into content that can be leveraged to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
