Remote Civil Project Manager(S), Pe

We are seeking experienced Civil Project Managers to work in a remote capacity for our following: Athens, GA; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; and Charlotte, NC. *Must have experience within residential, high rise project types working for a civil site design firm.

From working with clients and across company departments to site visits to producing plans, you’ll be involved in many aspects of the land development process, guiding projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of engineers from a remote capacity and making cross-departmental collaborations through the life cycle of a project
• Site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management design
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with teammates locally and at other office locations
• Permit coordination and municipal outreach
• Preparation of site construction documentation, including demolition plans, layout plans, erosion control plans, grading and drainage plans, stormwater management, utilities, site details, transportation improvements, and project cost estimates/analysis
• Due diligence and site analysis
• Preparation of engineering or technical computations and preparation of design solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional registration required; PE license preferred. Preferred license in GA, TN, AL, NC, KY

• Must have experience within residential, high rise project types working for a civil site design firm.

• 5-10+ years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering firm. Preferably a civil site design firm

• Project Management experience: client interface and management of civil engineering team(s) and project(s)
• Knowledge of local municipal, county and state land use, planning and zoning processes and regulations
• Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must have experience managing residential/high rise projects and client interface.
