Call Center Representative/Sales Consultant Job Description
$18/hr + commission
Position Title: Call Center Sales Consultant
Report to: Director of Operations and Sales
Status: Part-time, Non-exempt
Location: Home-Based
A Call Center Sales Consultant with British Swim School Hudson Waterfront is responsible for enrolling potential students to the program while answering phones and processing incoming qualified leads, meeting monthly enrollment targets using ethical tactics, delivering exceptional customer experience, and answering customers' questions (via phone, social media platforms, live chat and/or email) while making their experience personable and Memorable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
• Enthusiastic personality with strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to adhere to a schedule, shifts, assigned tasks, and follow the policies and procedures of British Swim School.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to complete your assigned tasks, as per schedule
• Competent with phone systems and appropriate computer programs (online platforms).
• Comfortable with Xcel, Google Suite, especially Google Drive and email platforms.
• Able to multitask.
• Able to work weekday and weekend shifts (Call center is open 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 2pm weekends)
• Knowledge of Office and Google suite platforms, especially Xcel, Google Drive and emails
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to fluently speak English and Spanish; an additional language is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Meet monthly and/or weekly enrollment goals through incoming qualified leads (telephone calls, online chats, and emails).
• Make outbound calls as needed on qualified leads and meet the quota as per target.
• Complete outreach for new pool opening, returning customers from freeze, and qualified leads from marketing initiatives
• Be prepared through ongoing training, role-playing, and coaching to conduct a Consultative approach and conversations that will optimize revenue opportunities including new callers, multi-day enrollments, sibling/parent enrollments, and other incoming qualified leads. • Research and keep up to date with all required information on our product and school system using in-house available resources, SOPs, and live informative libraries.
• Provide customers with product and service knowledge and accuracy.
• Accurately create family and student accounts, maintain and update customer information into the systems.
• Process payments, billing adjustments, changes, move-ups, orders, forms, and applications.
• Master our central software (Jack Rabbit), training provided.
• Document all calls with specific and accurate notes and pertinent information, and complete call logs and reports as requested.
• Adhere to the sales follow-up process on qualified leads as per consultative sales training.
• Stay informed with current and upcoming product updates (software, program, classes, school locations, etc...)
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Sales experience in a consultative sales environment
• Fast-paced Call Center experience
• High School education or equivalent
• Successful completion of provided scheduled virtual training (JackRabbit, Freshdesk, Google Drive)
• Ability to fluently speak English and Spanish; an additional language is a plus.

We provide all the softwares (Phone, account processing, ticket management tool, emails, online training libraries, etc...) and training.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
