Form of work JOB DESCRIPTIONSkiltrek need a strong BA who can work with the business, document requirements, and map data. This person needs to be skilled with data and process. They will write SQL queries to access/navigate databases such as Sybase, Oracle, and teradata.
* Eliciting requirements using interviews, document and business analysis, requirements workshops, JAD sessions, surveys, site visits and business process descriptions.
* Writing concise user stories and precise acceptance criteria in Azure Devops for development and QA teams. Managing and Prioritizing product backlog to meet business goals.
* Working closely with different business teams, understand their data needs and build plans to address those with intelligent data solutions in a timely and sustainable fashion.
* Participating in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
* Conducting grooming sessions with development and QA teams for them to come up with the story points.
* Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
* Conducting data extraction, data analysis, data consolidation and business report automation from complex and varying data sources.
* Responsible for assessing requests for change and their impacts on existing applications/solutions in the business portfolio and ensuring the changes are prioritized and assessed for risk appropriately.
* Assisting business users with detailed gap analysis, UAT and managing all the inflight changes.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
