Job Description
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote BCBA for a full-time position during the 2023-2024 school year in New Mexico. The BCBA will provide expertise in behavioral assessments, intervention strategies, and program development for students with diverse needs through remote sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement behavior analysis techniques and provide remote consultation to support student development.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and caregivers to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.
- Offer professional guidance and training to educational teams.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in school settings and delivering remote behavior analysis services.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to remotely manage caseload and provide support effectively.
