Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Type and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist in office management tasks such as organizing files and records
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team by handling requests and inquiries
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate and manage schedules using Outlook Calendar for appointments and meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
