REMOTE ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
This is a high volume/structured call center environment.
- Specialists must have a safe and noise-free work environment in your residence.
- Specialists must be able to work an entire shift without interruptions.
- Specialists will have two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Breaks/lunches are subject to change due to business needs.
- Specialists cannot live within the same household for this WFH opportunity.
- All application information must be verifiable via W-2 or 1099, and the highest education completed and verifiable by the appropriate educational organization
Required Success Profile:
- Home Location resides within 15 miles radius of the 21215 zip code
- Safe and noise free work environment in your residence
- High School diploma/GED required
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
- Minimum of 6 months customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face-to-face
- Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
- Specialists will take 80 120 inbound calls a day regarding checking and/or savings account. Customer concerns can be balance inquiries, funds transfers, online troubleshooting, fees, stop payments, merchant disputes, debit card declines, on-line servicing calls and much more.

Work Schedule:
Work Schedule options will vary and can start time as early as 6am and the end time at 11pm. This is subject to change based on business needs. A specialist must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Operating shift times vary to include an 8-hour shift 5 days a week or 10-hour shift 4 days a week; specific shift times/days will be provided by the Recruiter.
Will Train Applicant(s):
Mandatory remote training will be 9am 6pm EST Monday through Friday for 10 weeks (about 2 and a half months). Specialist will report on-site at the designated location in the 21215 zip code four times during training. The first two days of training will be on-site. The trainer will advise the specialist on the other two days.
