Sprout Behavioral Services, Inc. is hiring an ABA Scheduling Coordinator for our Florida locations. **All applicants must reside in the state of Florida**
Founded in 2016 by two BCBAs, we are a small ABA therapy company dedicated to providing the highest quality services to children diagnosed with Autism. We are local to South Florida, and are looking to expand our team!
We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized and experienced in ABA scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience scheduling for ABA company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Computer proficiency including when working across multiple tech platforms
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel), Google Suite skills
- Must speak fluent English, bilingual is a plus
ABA Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for:
· Manage daily and ongoing scheduling of clinical employees on varying shifts to ensure adequate staffing and maximization of billable time
· Communicates permanent and daily schedule changes with staff and parents
· Changes schedule on google calendar/scheduling system based on therapist or client scheduled and unscheduled cancellations
· Finds coverage for direct staff after call-outs
· Maintains knowledge of staff openings for potential clients
· Creates initial schedule for new client and/or new staff and communicates with relevant parties
· Strategize and problem solve to reduce staff cancellations and improve billable hours
· Acts as resource person for employees in relation to daily scheduling
Client Intake
· Answers incoming calls and screens potential clients for factors including insurance, scheduling availability, clinical appropriateness and location
· Communicates professionally and compassionately with potential client parents about their needs
· Takes down initial client information
· Communicates insurance benefits with parent
· Gathers necessary paperwork from the parent for initial assessment authorization
· Schedules client for initial assessment with the chosen BCBA
· Makes the ongoing schedule for the client based on staff availability
· Add new clients and appropriate paperwork to software systems
