Reliable Part-Time Cleaning Crew Member

We have IMMEDIATE openings for Reliable Part-Time Cleaning Crew Membersfor residential house/apartment cleaning in the following areas: Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, Rock Hill, South Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Must be available Monday - Friday with shifts beginning at 8:30am. Approximately 10-15 hours per week.

We offer competitive weekly pay and gas re-imbursement when traveling between multiple job sites in one day!

References and background check required!

Must have reliable transportation and a solid employment track record!

Must be friendly and enjoy cleaning!

Crew Member Job Duties:

• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Washing windows.
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry.
• Ironing clothing items.
• Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
• Cleaning of blinds and ceiling fans.
• Tidying up rooms.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Other duties and responsibilities as they pertain to the needs of the job.

Crew Member Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience in cleaning and disinfecting rooms to varying levels to meet requirements.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment including the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs.
• Ability to take constructive criticism.
• Listening skills to make sure you are meeting the needs of the clients for cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to provide own transportation to and from job site.
• Strong organizational skills.
