Release Manager / Producer

Job Overview

The Release Manager/Producer will act on behalf of Limited Run Games as the main point of contact between internal and external partners for all assigned projects. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring communication is shared amongst all relevant parties in accordance with the agreed upon timeframes and milestones.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Control communication between individual Limited Run Games departments and external partners, managing multiple email chains between various departments and our external partners to collaborate in an efficient and organized manner.
• Working with CCO to define specific creative mandates for any given project and dispersing this information across the relevant departments.
• Monitor project progress and keep timelines trackers up to date.
• Reviewing release plans and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure there are no release blockers and agreed upon milestone dates are met.
• Addressing any roadblocks with the CCO and/or Director of Production to ensure milestone dates are met.
• Coordinate with scheduling team to provide updates on the status of pre-production projects, allowing for accurate schedule releases.
• Gather various art and marketing assets from partners to support releases.
• Create inventory parts for finished products and allocate inventory as needed within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Ensure our web team have all the necessary data to facilitate a smooth product launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and procedures.

Qualifications

• Successful project management experience
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt, and solve problems creatively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excel proficiency
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and experience with project management software platforms are a plus
