Delaware North is hiring for a Release Management Intern to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Our ideal Release Management Intern is currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate, studying computer science, information technology, or a related subject.

Responsibilities
Develop proficiency in implementing and documenting business applications for hospitality, retail, and property management departments.
Develop skills in the requirement of gathering and analysis.
Develop skills in defining and developing proper Quality Control processes and analysis.
Partner with the Application Implementations team to test and document current and new applications.
Work with business partners to gather requirements for Quality Control testing.
Qualifications
Must be a current undergraduate or graduate, studying computer science, computing and information technologies, or a related program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with ServiceNow a plus
Ability to learn new software systems efficiently and quickly
Working knowledge of reading and interpreting technology manuals
