Pepsi MidAmerica is currently looking for overnight Relay Driver (Class A CDL)
This driver position entails the chosen candidate to operate a tractor trailer to shuttle trailers from our Marion, IL location, and also at times, our territory in Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee. This driver position will be PRIMARILY drop and hook. This driver position is for a candidate who is a driven, independent worker who doesn't mind working overnight shift.
Job Requirements of a Relay Driver
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver product to depot locations (drop and hook)
- Ensure load is stacked, wrapped, and secure each day before leaving PMA and after each stop.
- Follow company standard policies and procedures.
- Ensure good customer service by communicating with all parties with business professional attitude.
- Perform other duties deemed necessary by supervisor.
Driver Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver license with a clean driving history
- Able to lift, push, or pull 30 lbs. or more repeatedly.
- Able to work 8 to 10 hours daily
- Current Class A CDL or be able to obtain
- Current Medical DOT Card or able to obtain
