Relationship Associate Iii

The Relationship Associate (RA) works closely with assigned Relationship Manager(s) in managing new and existing loan relationships. The RA assists with gathering required financial information, creates and maintains customer files, and generates routine correspondence. The RA handles moderately complex customer issues and problems, interfaces with outside vendors when needed, and provides superior customer service when interfacing with customers. May obtain initial credit information, do service bureau/direct credit checks and ensure sufficient collateral. May assist Relationship Managers in disbursement of funds, loan extensions, interest calculations, and billings. The Relationship Associate will also identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals to the appropriate person or department.
