What You'll Do:
As a Relationship Associate I, you will be responsible for customer care support duties to acquire, serve, grow and retain retirement business across Total Retirement Suite pillars. Respond to client and financial professional inquiries, prepares and coordinates meeting material, records/reports client and financial profession data. Understands client level and business goals and metrics and collaborations with business partners to achieve those goals.
- Coordinate and prioritize client materials for meetings and presentations and retirement plan changes. Ensure materials are appropriate, complete and accurate. Distribute materials to clients and financial professionals as needed.
- Answer standard questions and inquiries from team, clients and financial professionals. Research and communicate on issues to acquire resolution. Keep relationship managers, internal partners and other interested parties advised as needed and communicate on issues to acquire resolution.
- Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement and perform other job-related duties or special projects as the need arises.
- Engage in other job-related duties that contribute to a culture of care.
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Have good interpersonalnal, planning, and written/oral communication skills.
- Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technology skills required.
- Able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and strong follow up skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Ability to apply strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and be timely with your work.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Have good decision-making skills and work under minimal direction.
Location
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).
