Reinvest Returnship Program - Investment Teams

We are looking for qualified, motivated experienced professionals who have taken a break to invest in their families and loved ones and are now looking to ReInvest in their career. Our ReInvest Program is a 6 month paid program, beginning September and ending late March. Opportunities are available across a number of business units.

What You'll Do:

• Spend 6 months in a paid Returnship Program with a cohort of your peers
• Take on meaningful project work based on your expertise and experience
• Participate in development workshops and training sessions designed to support your career re-entry
• Have regular check-ins with a mentor who can advise and guide you

What We’re Looking For:

• You have taken a career break for one year or more and are interested in getting back to full-time work
• You have had a minimum 3 to 5 years professional work experience prior to your career break, at Associate-SVP level
• You are a person of integrity, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Who You’ll Work With:

Opportunities exist within our NY-based Investment Teams including Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset & Hedge Fund Solutions, Responsible Investing and Alternative Investments. Available roles include fundamental and quantitative research, portfolio management, investment operations, trading, data science, credit research and asset management.

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Desire to join fast-paced Asset Management organization
• A track record of outstanding performance and achievement
• The ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Exemplary relationship building skills
• Relevant technical skills to your area of interest
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

Annualized base salary equivalent to: $100,000-$200,000, pro-rated for program duration
