What we treat. 

 

We partner with AdventHealth to provide therapy services in Sebring, Lake Placid, and Wauchula, FL. Settings include acute care, inpatient, outpatient, and rehabilitation hospital. We keep a therapist-first mindset allowing therapists to feel supported and understood when delivering services. 

 

How we do it. 

 

Out therapists maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. Our directs role is 20-40% clinical, depending on schedule and location, with the remaining administrative.

Requirements for this position include the following: 

 

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program 
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license 
  • Leadership experience
  • Operational Understanding
