Your Role:

As a Rehab Aide, you will play a critical role in the lives of residents by:

• Providing vital Rehabilitation Aide/Tech services within skilled nursing facilities.
• Assisting residents in their journey towards maximum independence and engagement in their care.
• Ensuring the highest quality and safety standards in all therapy services provided.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area for therapy sessions.
• Upholding federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations in therapy services.
• Supporting the mission and values of the facility through your daily actions.

About You:

• You have completed a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You possess the physical ability to pull and/or push loads of 125-200 pounds or more regularly.
• A commitment to the philosophy that everyone "Deserves to Get Better" resonates deeply with you.
