We are looking for an energetic Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance Department and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Coordinator at IMPROV Learning, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Printing, scanning, and mailing of various documents and packages
- Maintenance of reporting and completion records in accordance with industry requirements.
- Research and maintenance of industry licensing and other regulatory tasks
- Provide support to internal and external customers in relation to compliance-based questions and/or requests in a professional and helpful manner.
- Maintenance of completion records and other documents in accordance with industry-specific requirements.
Document Management: Printing, scanning, and mailing various documents and packages as needed. - Record Keeping: Saving and maintaining reporting and completion records in accordance with industry requirements.
- Business Licensing Support: Providing support for the maintenance of business licensing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Experience Requirements/Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Adobe PDF reader is a plus.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and proficiency in the use of industry-specific systems.
- Mailing/Shipping Experience: Prior experience in mailing or shipping tasks is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal team members and external clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working with courts, traffic programs, or government agencies is a plus.
