ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collaborates with various Team Members throughout the organization
- Verifies and validates food safety records, meat traceability and fat analyzer logs, and seafood HACCP records
- Record and maintain all inspections findings, Environmental Public Health, Department of Agriculture Weights and Measures, US Department of Agriculture, and other regulatory bodies
- Support stores with temperature monitoring supply kits, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate monthly HAZMAT pick up reminder
- Support stores with Food Safety audit corrective actions
- Update and maintain the manifest and annual training tracker
- Update emergency contact information to the CERS reporting and provide annual or as needed updates to the stores via SharePoint
- Maintain, update, and organize data of Incident log, incident investigations log, Trainings Log (Forklift Certifications, New Hire Orientation, General Trainings), FCA and External Audits Log, and Safety Talks Records
- Maintain Generate Risk Management Reports Weekly and Monthly
- Support FCA team and stores requirements of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Shoes for Crew, Equipment Caution Signs, Etc.
- Monitor compliance Sweep Gleason Performance
- Maintain the sanitation certification tracker
- Maintain certificate of insurance on file, scan, and upload to the system
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Adept in organizing, planning, prioritizing work, and communicating
- Proficient in both oral and written communication (BILINGUAL in Spanish is a plus)
- Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Computer Proficient (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay Scale $18.00 to $20.00.
The pay scale above is the salary or hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
