Job Summary of the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator position
Integr8staff seeks an research-focused Regulatory Affairs Coordinator with preferred focus on agriculture and chemicals for a highly-regarded and continually growing international raw materials distributor.
Responsibilities of the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator position
Act as the primary contact for global product registrations, logistics, and overall compliance for the organization.
Ensures company operations throughout the US comply with various levels of government; federal, state, EPA, FDA, FIFRA statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinates and liaise with key stakeholders and officials on behalf of company.
Collects and manages regulatory and technical documents from federal and state agencies as well as suppliers for maintenance of substantiation databases.
Works with sales team on quality control (QC) and process checking.
Uses logical approach and eye for detail to interpret, create and edit technical documentation.
Review trials, reports, laws, research, and discovery of product requirements to identify solutions that enable product sales into the marketplace.
Reviews reporting compliance and non-compliance in the format accepted by regulators, such as the EPA and managing Responsible Distribution program.
Understand how to perform quality control audits, and working with 3rd party quality assurance providers.
Review regulations and supplier documents to determine International and Domestic Compliance for raw materials.
Gather supporting information and generate drafts of non-standard documents in response to requests for information about finished products
A component of your duties will also include the operations and logistics of our products, including working, liaising and developing relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Requirements of the Regulatory Affairs Coordinator position
Minimum of 2-years relevant experience in a Regulatory Affairs position or similar role, including paralegal, auditing (non-financial) or compliance.
Experience in Agricultural fertilizer and feed Regulatory Affairs is preferred
Experience in FDA Regulations related to chemicals is particularly beneficial
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, or other scientific discipline or relevant experience with any type of BS degree.
Adept at using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems,
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, research interpretation).
A strong attention for detail and multitasking skills
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
