Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Minimum requirement is 2 weekend shifts/month and one holiday per year in the acute care setting.
- Some weekday availability (including early evening hours as assigned, based on department guidelines) is highly preferred to help accommodate changes/fluctuations in patient census and assist with vacation coverage.
- Candidate must have experience working in the acute care setting. Prior experience with EPIC EMR is highly desirable but not required. Candidate must be enthusiastic, flexible, resilient, self-starter, collaborative, and take pride in providing patient-centered care.

- Patient Assessment

Licensure:
- Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Licensure:
- Physical Therapist OR
- Occupational Therapist OR
- Speech Language Pathologist
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in PT/OT/SLP Therapy or above from an accredited school.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Competent in a variety of diagnostic and treatment techniques
- Recognizes needs and behaviors of specific age groups of patients treated
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- May be exposed to hazardous materials and life-threatening diseases
- Direct contact with body fluids
- Pushing, pulling, lifting, and transferring patients
- Ability to assist, escort, transfer, and respond to patient needs for extended periods of time
