OB OVERVIEW:
Handle registration transactions for vehicles participating in Wheels' special services and prepare paperwork necessary for drivers who handle their own license and title transactions to ensure compliance with state and county statutes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle registration transactions for vehicles participating in Wheels' special services.
Investigate driver inquiries and follow through to resolution.
Maintain network of DMV contacts to accomplish licensing and titling.
Maintain driver correspondence and internal documentation to reflect current processing requirements.
Mail appropriate paperwork for transactions handled by drivers.
Follow-up on outstanding transactions to ensure registration renewals are completed timely.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Ability to:
Effectively communicate need for timely processing to government agencies and outside vendors. Investigate and resolve problems.
Quickly and accurately key information on-line.
Organizational skills including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 year related experience.
Familiarity with Windows-based PC applications
