Federal Award Management Registration (FAMR), is an independent
consulting firm that assists companies in getting efficiently set up to do
business with the Federal Government. From registrations, certifications, to
marketing, our teams focus on leading clients in the right direction to get
started in the Federal sector. We support both new and renewing vendors in
making Federal Contracting run as smooth as possible for their businesses.
With over 25 years of combined experience in the Federal Marketplace, we
know the ins and outs of all the red tape that the Federal Government has
throughout their processes.

The Role: Registration Specialist

This position entails daily communication with clients via email
and phone in addition to cross-team communication. As a registration
professional, you will be responsible for accurate data entry as well as maintaining the accounts of our clientele.

It is important that our clients receive a positive experience through our assistance
no matter the medium - phone and email. Our mission is for
clients to achieve a higher level of confidence, alongside a full
understanding, of how to work with the Federal Government.

- Data Entry
- Data Review
- Order Processing
- Client Support & Troubleshooting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
