Form of workVCA North Park is seeking an experienced Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team as Technician Supervisor! We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills who can provide mentorship and training to our Technical Team, oversee daily efficiency, and delegate tasks.
We are a cozy, two-doctor practice located in Rohnert Park, CA with a team of 6 + people, which is an ideal size for one-on-one training and in the moment feedback. Our successful candidate will prioritize teamwork, communication, a passion for veterinary medicine, and a desire to enjoy their work and the environment they help create.

You've worked hard for your credentialing and we want you to use the knowledge that you've invested your time and talent in! The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
• Anesthesia monitoring and patient recovery
• Dental and surgical prep and assisting
• Tech team training
• Task delegation/management of hospital flow
• Radiology
• Laboratory and Pharmacy work
• Physical examinations and patient assessment

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $27 to $32 per hour.
